PREVIEW | England enjoying his rugby

3rd August 2018

Brad England is enjoying his rugby as the Dons go in search of a fourth straight win this weekend.

Victory over Oldham last weekend put them within touching distance of the play-off places, and England says there is a belief in the changing rooms that they can beat anybody.

He said: "We've improved a lot in the past few weeks and it's since we lost against York that we've turned a corner, and managed to put a run of results together.

"As a squad we've been much more settled, and that has been key to us putting in more consistent performances out on the field.

"At this stage of the season we just need to keep picking up wins and making sure we're in the top five, we have some very tough games coming up."

England has been back in the side over the past few weeks since recovering from injury, and feels he is on his way back to his best.

He added: "I've felt good since getting back fit, normally it takes me a few games to get back into my stride but I'm getting there.

"We have a lot of good back-rowers in the squad so that is my biggest motivation, I want to keep playing well to make sure I'm in the team each week."
