Hooker Kieran Cross has committed his future to the Dons by signing a new two-year deal with the club.
The 24-year-old missed a large chunk of last season after breaking his ankle against West Wales Raiders in May, but is now close to full fitness ahead of pre-season training getting underway.
The deal will take Cross into his fifth season with the club, after joining from local amateur side Toll Bar in 2016.
He said: “I’m over the moon to sign a new deal with my hometown club, I’ve been working hard on making sure I come back as strong as I possibly can.
“With pre-season getting underway it gives me the perfect opportunity to get back to full fitness and put all the niggles behind me.
“After a frustrating year for myself last season I’m really looking forward to helping the boys push for promotion in 2020.”
